So, to recap:

• Rhodey’s off his team book
• His solo book was cancelled
• Solicit for an upcoming issue of Iron Man has Rhodey bloody on the cover and the blurb is about a hero’s fall.

Not enough ‘fuck you’s in the world, Marvel.

 THANKFULLY, he’s apparently returning to the team at least temporarily during the AVX crossover.

But yeah the “Hero’s fall” thing really has me worried too.

And like yeah I get that writers shouldn’t be forced to use characters they don’t want but like….

I’d have hoped in 2012 someone might be like “Oh hey. Maybe I shouldn’t get rid of all the non-white superheroes in this book so I can replace them with (literally) four blonde-haired, blue-eyed white males.” Particularly when Hawkeye is now in like 6 books.
