blackfolksmakingcomics: Happy 45th birthday to one of our favorite heroes, Phil LaMarr, who has played many of our favorite heroes, like Static, John Stewart, Steel, Black Vulcan, Black Panther, Colossus, Aquaman, Gambit, and the samurai the locals called “Jack.”  He voiced way too many of my childhood heroes. He’s like a male Cree Summer!
